📬 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Soravé is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at support@sorave.com within 2 hours of purchase and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.


📦 Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item (if applicable)

We will offer a full replacement or refund at no cost to you — no questions asked.
